I'm a mom to a super sweet, fun loving boy, he's my heart. I'm a step mom to two incredibly beautiful souls. A wife to a dreamer and my best friend.

I'm a 4/1 Mental Projector with Head and Ajna defined. I love diving deep into topics that fascinate me. Soulful convos and the spiritual side of life are what light me up. Plus, it's one of my gifts as a mental projector, is seeing others deeply, what they may have a challenge seeing for themselves, I'm a natural guide, it's what I'm here to do! I love connecting to God, angels and nature daily, listening in, expanding my awareness for my own guidance so I can support you on your journey. Over the last 30+ years, I've been on my own wounded healer journey. I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves, however we sometimes need guidance on the path. I have studied many healing traditions, modalities & have taken the path without a path. I've collected this knowledge and come full circle to to share it with you, empowering you to live your life more fully being the Beautiful soul you are here to be! My biggest love is energy medicine, recognizing the connection between that and everything around us, most importantly the connection with our nervous system, which when it feels aligned and safe can truly help you Thrive in life!
